Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time:

• By the Player: You may close your valabet account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the resolution of any pending transactions, withdrawal requests, or open investigations.

Upon termination of an account, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and associated winnings subject to contested wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the registered payment method following completion of any pending compliance review.

Termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligations or liabilities incurred prior to the date of termination, including outstanding chargebacks, negative balances, or legal claims.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would require application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.
